I'm not on any contraception but I've put weight on post partum. I'm 6 month PP. I'm breastfeeding though and seem to be one of those gaining rather than losing 😢

I'm 7 month post partum, EBF my LO and still breastfeeding but keep adding weight
Similar to above I found breastfeeding made me gain weight not loose it
Yep, that's me right now, I'm constantly hungery. I'm 10 weeks pp, and I'm exclusively breastfeeding. I'm still sore from my c-section, but I can't wait to feel a bit better so I can get back to the gym.
