I’ve had it, it’s not new as such…. Just newly being offered to pregnant women. It will help protect your baby from rsv during the first few months of their life. I didn’t have any side effects

It’s the only one out of the three (flu and whooping cough) that I’ve not had side effects from. After the other two I was ill for three weeks. I had the RSV on Tuesday last week and have been fine with it. ❤️

I had famine Thursday an just found arm a bit tender after- whooping cough knocked me about so much more

No side effects for me

Same as any other vaccine . Sore arm for a day or 2... that's it. 70% protection to my baby is always worth a sore arm for a bit.

Had no side effects x

I had mine a couple of weeks ago, I had the usual sore arm and I did feel quite tired and achey 48 hours after, but that could be because was quite active the day after the vaccine.

If you're unsure I would 100% say to research into it and make an informed decision, I think that is better than getting it and then regretting it or not getting it and regretting it. I'm more concerned for the side effects to baby than me - I've read it protects for first 6 months but RSV season doesn't really start until October (when our babies will be 5 months) so the vaccine will be out of their system when they need it during the winter months. However that's not to say they couldn't catch RSV before the winter. I did read that baby can't get a booster if you've had the pregnancy vaccine. You may research and decide to wait if baby can't have it at 6 months and be protected over winter or decide to get it during pregnancy. Either way I'd say to research, regardless of if it 'puts you off' or not - At least the decision you made would be from researching yourself than just going off a leaflet or what they tell you you should get.

I had it a couple weeks ago and had no side effects not even a sore arm

I had no side effects too, not even a sore arm
And I trust the science for protecting baby

No side effects for me!

No side effects for me either. Whopping cough made me ill and gave me a sore arm but this one I had absolutely nothing xx

No side affects for me
