How do you wear bras/clothes?!

Hi I’m a FTM — almost 3 weeks postpartum. I’m mostly pumping because still figuring out with my LC and pediatrician how much milk my baby is even able to transfer, plus my supply is kinda low (1-3oz per 25min pump… usually more like 1.5-2ish). I generally have sensitive nipples and this seems baaad…

I started putting silver cups on, I also absolutely smeared them in nipple cream

I lived in an oversized t shirt and joggers/baggy casual trousers/leggings for ages.

I personally didn’t find anything worked for my nipple pain. But it eventually does stop as your nipples build up a tolerance and get ‘tougher’ so to speak lol x x

I’d say about 5/6 weeks round about. Pumping is really tough on your nipples honestly. It’s a lot more vigorous than breast feeding with the pulling and suction.

Keep going though it does get better eventhough it may not feel like it right now.

A bit of make up and clean hair used to make me feel better if seeing anyone. But honestly, no one really cares how you look 😂 only you. But yeah, a shower and feeling fresher before seeing them used to make me feel better xx
