I’ve been in triage twice for monitoring - once a couple of weeks ago due to reduced fetal movements and once yesterday because of a bit of blood in my discharge. Both times baby has been fine but both times I’ve gone lightheaded, lost hearing and vision and my heart rate has skyrocketed up to around 140bpm. Yesterday I actually passed out but came round within a couple of minutes.
It had happened a couple of times outside of the hospital in the last couple of weeks too which prompted a trip to A&E, but no one has actually been able to conclusively tell me what’s going on. My iron levels are fine, ECGs come back normal… has anyone else had this? Midwives think it could be anxiety, A&E doctors think I’m just pregnant? I’m just scared that it’ll keep happening and I’ll pass out somewhere unsafe.
