Hi, sure I have backwards baby lol as my girl gets herself up from lying from her belly onto her knees. She still can’t from lying on her back. Did anyone else’s babies do this to begin with too and if so, how long after did they master the other way?

Mine is the same, im pretty sure this is normal 😊

So normal! Getting to sitting from their back is a full ab workout and takes much more coordination so very normal for going from knees to come first!!

Same here. She rolls to her front and lifts up that way.
Even for us led on the floor it’s a solid effort to lift ourselves up from being led back. Xx

Yes, it’s normal for them to roll over and then push themselves up to sitting. If my daughter is on her back she won’t roll though she’ll just scream at you. But will move herself from sitting to tummy to sitting

My 3 year old still prefers to roll over to sit up, he's a lazy boy 🤣
