Cold
My almost 1 year old has had a cold for about a month straight, there’s been times where it’s a little better then gets worse, this has happened a few times in the month but he’s not fully got better in that time, he’s had a cough (again which comes and goes) and runny nose and swollen tonsils (went to GP couple weeks back), today he’s woke and it’s worse again. Has this happened to anyone? (He’s not in childcare anymore and hasn’t been for a couple of weeks)

I would contact the GP again. It could be that what you’ve been advised to do, isn’t sufficient for this strength of cold.
The GP should be able to advise other options or at the very least, the continuation of him being unwell and out of school, will then be noted on his medical record.

Mines has it on and off for months. Gets better for a few days then has another one. I do find it’s better at times when I keep on top of vitamins. We use the brand Tonic for a mix of vitamins and Biogaia probiotics
Mines had one since early Jan since starting nursery. I think it’s just their age
