Falling out

How does everyone deal with your children falling out with their friends? They are constantly blaming each other and I never know who to believe. I told my daughter to come in from playing out because of it and it has ended up in a screaming match. I just don't know how to cope with her behaviour anymore. No parenting type works. Please give me advice šŸ™

I have the exact same situation with my son. I think when it comes to them arguing with friends it can be difficult. Maybe instead of having the thought of ā€˜sides’ maybe think about it in more that’s just your daughter’s perspective of what happened. That’s what I’ve been doing with my son. But I’ve also been just allowing him to vent about the situation so he feels heard and I empathise with his feelings. But we also have chats about sharing, rules and that people are different. Half the time he doesn’t listen but I’m just consistent with that. Plus remember it’s a phase not forever that’s what has been helping me cope with it. Always here if you wanna text and vent about it šŸ˜‚ xx
