My babygirl just turn 3 months yesterday she got bad excema but she not exposed to dairy. We use Hydrocortisone ointment that the doctor give us. then the doctor at the hospital told us to let it sit for a little bit then put lots of Dove sensitive skin lotion all over her

Yes. We're on a regime of Dermol and Protopic now which works great for him but taken us a long time to find a regime that works for him.

I really recommend doing intense research into steroid use and immunosuppressants like protopic. They have awful withdrawals if overused. Baby’s skin is super thin as it is and they thin it more plus a whole host of other damaging things.
Zinc paste is good for inflamed areas. Oat baths can be soothing. Often just leaving it alone and letting the skin cycle is the best thing. Reduce baths as they don’t help eczema.

Just to add to Lottie's comment, we did a lot of research into Protopic before making an informed and risk vs benefits based decision on whether to use it.
