Hi! So I was watching tik tok and it was a video about a woman who is working while pregnant. She doesn’t want to work and hates it very much because she’s sick a lot of the time. I know there are women who choose to work and that’s their decision however I’m speaking on the ones who don’t want to but they have too. Do you believe it’s the man’s fault who got her pregnant or the woman’s? Before I got pregnant with my second baby i made a clear point to my fiancee that I will not have a baby with someone who has to have me work. I’m currently 34 weeks pregnant and have not work and will be a stay at home mom. Do you think women should be more clear about what they are expecting before producing?

yeah, I think a lot of it is communication based, because if they don’t like their situation, then people shouldn’t be having a baby in that situation if it can be helped..
unfortunately a lot of people just don’t think about things like that, and some people don’t even know what they really want until they’re in the middle of pregnancy.
Like one of of my sister-in-law‘s are currently pregnant and they thought that they truly wanted a career and wanted to be working throughout their entire pregnancy and after and with all the symptoms she is experiencing she no longer wants to work..
but unfortunately, financially speaking that’s not an option for her because she did not plan this pregnancy.

Definitely!!! be very clear about expectations for the relationship early on especially when it comes to a life long commitment like children. I was very clear about what I wanted. I do not want to have to work at all I want to raise my children not pay someone else to. I had birth control before and kept it until I was secure in a stay at home environment. I don’t think I would have removed it or have put myself in that situation on a promise. I needed it to be a for sure thing because it’s a deal breaker for me.
Honestly I don’t believe in “unplanned pregnancy” yes not every method of prevention is 100%, if you are having sex you are taking the risk even if it is a low risk.
I’ve always been told that if you’re going to make risky decisions you have to understand that consequences are natural even with precautions. And that has always made me think twice before making the choice to be in a sexual relationship.
