Family car 🚘

Hi everyone 👋

With our June 2026 baby on the way, I’ve started thinking about upgrading our car. We’ll have 3 kids — one nearly 2, one nearly 8, and the newborn — and I’m trying to work out what would actually work for us.

Right now we drive a Ford Focus, but it definitely won’t be big enough once baby arrives, with all the car seats, buggy, school stuff etc 😅

I’m exploring options but I really don’t want a big SUV, a minivan, or an “ugly” 7-seater (sorry 😄). Does having 3 kids actually mean we have to go for a huge 7-seater?

For those of you in a similar stage — what family car do you drive and would you recommend it?
