Constipation
My baby is nearly 8 weeks old and has been put on Gaviscon for reflux. He is now very constipated, when he goes it’s rock solid and takes so much effort bless him. Except from laxatives has anyone got any tips on how to encourage or help the bowel movement?

Bath, i love u massage, warm milk and you drink some mint tea if bf, try to open the diaper when he grunts alot and press his knees to stomach to relief him
