Is it just me or??

Does anyone else’s family members or friends ask “what’s wrong with the baby?” When they’re crying? For some reason I get sooo annoyed when they ask that cause it’s like idk he’s a baby, he doesn’t talk so idk what’s wrong🤡. Anyone gets annoyed or is it just me😅. Especially when he’s crying at the top of his lungs and won’t calm down

Yeah it’s just you and that’s very weird. If they even had children before they don’t know how yours reacts? If they haven’t had kids they think it’s something wrong with them? What a weird and judgemental way of thinking

My dad loved asking my newborn if I was “torturing” her 🫠 really drove me up a wall 2 weeks post partum while I’m trying to be calm and soothe her. He was trying to make light but it was really unhelpful

My parters family used to do this all the time youse to annoy me like he’s a baby yes they cry 😂

No I get you!!! Like babies literally most of the time cry at nothing 😭😭 and they act like your triggering them or doing something to them

Thank you guys for being understanding! It’s not like I’m annoyed at the person every hour of the day, it’s just in the moment when I’m trying to soothe my son and people talk to me, I can’t think straight over the cry’s and other peoples voices

I can’t see that girls comment anymore but I really wasn’t trying to be mean, I was just venting like many other moms do in these groups. It’s supposed to be a safe space. I wanted to mention how she was still pregnant so she may not understand my post at the moment, but I didn’t want to mention it at the same time in case she thought I was coming off in the wrong way which is something I’d never do
