Big hook or small hook?
Hey crafters what’s your preference.. big hook big yarn or small hook small yarn? And do you guys prefer to do waist bands with front post/back post double crochets or back loop only stitches?

I knit & crochet and I always prefer under 5mm for both, especially if making wearables. I’m usually almost comfortable with a 3.5-4mm. If I’m making a blanket, I will crochet and usually use a 6mm, just for speed of project
I need to look into knitting again I used to knit all the time until I learned to crochet and haven’t picked up my needles since. You’ve inspired to give them another chance 🙏🏽
Small hook small yarn for me! I crochet I don’t knit but really want to learn because I don’t like how crochet clothing sit on x
Small hook, because it’s tighter and doesn’t look too gappy. Not sure if that’s even a word haha x
