Is this HFM? Looks different to photos online!
She had a slight temp (38.0°) Friday night but back to normal Saturday morning and no symptoms of anything, then these spots popped up this afternoon (Sunday).

Looks like HFM to me but it's possible it's chicken pox or something.
Is she itchy?
They’re all hardly visible this morning so I’m guessing a very mild case of HFM 🤷🏼♀️ but she’s had no other symptoms except that temp on Friday for a couple hours!
