Hot hands at night
Over the last few weeks I’ve developed a new symptom, hot hands at night that are radiating heat and I can’t keep them under the duvets. I have to elevate them on my pillows or keep them facing the fan. I don’t think it’s carpal tunnel as there’s no pain, swelling or tingling it’s just very uncomfortable. Google seems to think it’s because of increased blood flow and circulation in the 3rd tri, anyone dealing with anything similar?

I have a few nights a week where it happens with my feet and they feel like ants walking over them almost? Have to keep them elevated slightly and out the duvet too. Was going to mention it at midwife next week but interested to see if others suggest for you!
