My husband had to cook dinner over the weekend because i couldn’t handle the smell of food being cooked. He works til 6pm and we have a toddler so i have to cook during the week and the idea of cooking tonight is already making me feel like I’m going to be sick.

You should maybe ask your husband about batch cooking and all you would need to do is warm it up. I fortunately have not got to that stage and hopefully I don't because I love cooking lol

I’ve never been more grateful that my husband normally cooks dinner. Dinner is usually when my nausea is at its worse.
Could you pre prepare little ones dinner at lunch then heat at dinner time?

Yes, on my first pregnancy i couldn't cook meat or eggs in the first trimester

I was making bolognase last night as i really fancied it , but part way through cooking the look of it made me feel sick which then left me wanting to cry 😂 oh the joys!
With my first pregnancy the throught of uncooked meat made me feel ill so was on quick and easy meals for around 2 weeks until I was able to look at raw meat again 😅

Also don't think I mean like processed nuggets and chips for the forcible (unless that's all you can stomach!)
But family tray bakes - lasagna, pasta bakes and salads.
Your already Marinated chicken in trays - cajun chicken , peri chicken , garlic and herb with potatoes and salad or shred you chicken after its cooked and pop it on a chibbata with some chips.
Pies with whatever you fancy!
I love a honey glazed gammon already in the tray from asda if you fancy a roast!
Bbq pulled pork
Jacket potatoes
Anything that you don't have to prep or stand over and cook! Stuff you can just pop in and leave it to do its thing! Even if you struggle with dishing up once it's cooked ask your partner if they would be happy to serve? Time it so it's ready 10 minuets after they get home ?
