Is this normal?

My son (6 months) has always had very sweaty feet. I was told this was normal for newborns, as they are still regulating temperature etc.
However, 6 months down the line, and they've still extremely sweaty! They don't smell or anything, but they are literally dripping wet.
They seem okay in socks or sleepsuits, but as soon as the air hits them, they're soaking.
I've included a picture, but you can see it better in person. (His feet were wiped dry about 1 minute before this photo was taken)
His father has a condition that affects his hands sweating - so I'm wondering has my baby inherited this, but with his feet? Or if this is still normal for such a young child?
Anyone any idea? 😂 Doesn't seem to annoy him, but it's just so weird!?

My husband (RN) said to bring it up at his next appointment

I would bring it up at the next appointment. It is very possibly something genetic! My sons feet were never like that so I would say not 100% normal but not something to worry a lot about either

I personally have the sweating feet and hands I heard all my life and my little boy has the same he’s 8 months and he’s the same as your baby I wouldn’t worry about it, it’s just genetics

My husband had hyperhidrosis as a teen and had corrected surgery. This is genetic and so my baby also has sweaty little feet too. It’s not an issue. I brought it up with the health visitor and she said it’s fine. You likely should mention it to the doctor as they will note this down but it’s nothing to worry about.
