Cold

Hi I think my 2 year old has a cold. I'm concerned she sounds stuffy and her nose is runny I've been using a nose suckler and she blows her nose but it's like shes having trouble. Any ideas in how to break through the snot?

Saline nasal spray

Saline drops! Our pediatrician gave us some but you can get them at drug stores. Suction nose, have kiddo lay flat, put two drops in each nostril, keep them down for 1-2 minutes, then suction! Works wonderfully
