What could this be?
My boy is almost 12 months and has had this on his cheeks for over a month. Any clue what it could be? Sometimes looks MORE red some days than others but always red.

My daughter has the same. The Dr. Said it's just excema, and gets more aggravated from cold/dry winter weather. Aquaphore helps a lot.
