My baby is 8 weeks old, when do you stop putting socks on them indoors?

Honestly I think I'd given up by then because they would never stay on anyway 😂 but seriously as long as it's not super cold indoors then you're fine to leave the socks off, in fact it's good for them if they're doing tummy time or on a play mat etc because they get a lot of sensory feedback through their feet

I probably stopped within a week and used socks more for mittens

My inlaws call my baby a hobbit because I don't put up the fight Lol as long as I know it isn't cold, he's fine. When it's cold, I either put him in a footie or dress him in his pants with built-in socks.

I still put socks on my 8mo. But they don’t stay on for long as she just pulls them off!

We never started lol 😅

Sock ons are a god send for keeping socks on

14 weeks still on😂 but instead of pants we just wear those sleep onesies, cozy and comfortable. I can’t get behind the pants since they press on belly too much and it’s so much work to put on and off when changing a diaper. So I have so many of onesies, with feet covers and without. Thick and thin, depending of how warm it is

They really dont need socks ever unless outdoors. The feet contain a lot of nerves and are really important for sensory for them and for development. Id take the socks off mama

I’ve only ever put socks on my baby if her feet felt cold to the touch :)
