You’d think after nearly a year of second guessing what to do, I’d have mastered this. But after 4 months of bad sleep and 2 weeks of terrible sleep, I think my daughter is trying to catch up with sleep. She had a huge 3 hour nap from 10-1pm (left her to it cos her sleep has been so bad) and she had a danger nap from 4:45 for about an hour. What would you do? 🥹🥹

No one can answer this for you. Every nap takes the edge off adenosine levels ( sleep pressure). She may have been having terrible sleep as she may need to drop to one nap.
You are best off tracking total 24 hour sleep over 7 days and distributing.
If you do bedtime at the normal time except a Luke warm night, as the danger nap took the ‘kettle off the boil.’
If you let them take more day sleep to ‘catch up’ you fuel the cycle of waking constantly/ split nights as they are taking too much day sleep. Undertiredness is far more of an issue than overtiredness, which is pretty much dysregulation at bedtime
