Worried my anxiety will affect baby

I was super anxious with my first. On top of pregnancy anxiety, I was made redundant, my dad passed away, I fell out with all of his family, and my dog died, as well as a tricky pregnancy! Not a fun period! But my now 3 year old has never had any health issues and has always been a suuuuuper cheerful little one ☺️ I used to stress about my anxiety affecting the baby, too! It gets better, I promise! See if you can get some talking therapy through the NHS, it helps loooooads! And you’ll jump to the front of the queue for being pregnant. Sending all the love ❤️
