Help me stop my baby

Little tip! It makes them a little mad for a second but blow on her face very gently for like half a second. For my baby it resets her from holding her breath. Don’t do a huge breath but a little blow will help!

Babies start to hold their breath? Why lol? Is that a stage? I have a 3 month old rn, Ig I’m trying to prepare for the future?

Blowing in their face works for me! It stimulates them to swallow so it forces them to breathe
