I’m 6dpo based on Flo app could this be early pregnancy? I tested strong positive ovulation tests for a week in my last pregnancy before finding out I was pregnant

Wow those are definitely two lines. I haven’t heard of positives at 6 DPO but maybe your body expedited things. I hope you can get a confirmation from another test soon. Fingers crossed for you! Xx

6dpo is the earliest the embryo can implant, and it then wouldnt produce enough HCG to be detectable for a couple of days. So this lh test is not as a result of pregnancy (if you are sure of your ovulation date). It's normal for lh to fluctuate, and sometimes lh rises before a period. Some people even get ewcm before their period comes
