Teaching baby to drink from straw??

Mine sips and spits out 😭

Honestly I’d just recommend to keep offering it to her whether she gets it or not. Does the cup have any handles or could be grabbed like a normal bottle? My little one would just chew on the straw but then she started trying to drink it like a normal bottle until she realised that she could drink it normally without any tipping or anything

We did the yoghurt on the end of the straw trick but he only got it at like, 11/12 months completely randomly x

Just give her time. It was same for my baby but now she sips and chews at the same time.

If you lightly blow into the straw and then put it into their mouth they realise it’s water and that’s how mine managed to use a straw x
