13 months postpartum and goals

My old joy of the gym came from stress release, anger release, and weight loss.

Im now avoiding weight or waistline or clothing size or really any astetic goals, but i do still need something to work towards.
Yes i want to be able to chase and carry my son for as long as possible but thats not an east to define goal. I want to be able to do a pullup again but thats it. What are some other strength/health based goals that have NOTHING to do with the scale.

Core strength. Stamina. STRONG PELVIC FLOOR. Not puffed out as he makes me crawl into the mazes and into those tight spaces at the playcentre. And I wanted to get out of the house 1-2* a week just because šŸ˜‚ My fitness hobby (salsa dancing) allows me to dress up too so perfect for me šŸ‘ŒšŸ¼ and helps w my stamina. I used to be puffed out and sweating into half of one song I couldn’t even finish a song without huffing and puffing and slowing down and losing my steps. Now I can do 2 songs in a row before I need a lil breather. I don’t even have a scale lol. I watched my size go down slowly through my clothes. Some mums think the ā€œbounce backā€ is all about weight, it’s not. It’s about getting our strength and stamina back. Not peeing ourselves while simple coughing lol.
