I fell off the gym girlie wagon when i got sick for a year, then got pregnant, then became a mom. Im 13 months pp now and im starting from the beginning again.
My old goals were weight based but thats not how i want to do it this time. What are your non weight based goals? No scale or clothing size goals please 💪❤️

Both my kids are above the 99th in weight. So i guess my primary goal is to be strong enought to carry them without struggling. Also being able to (mostly) keep up with them energy wise is great!

I want to be toned! Was very strong and had good muscles till I got pregnant, first trimester I could barely eat or move. So no gym and then the pregnancy got so exhausting that gym was not my priority anymore. Now I have no toned body, no muscles lol. And not to mention no time. But I’m thinking pilates.

There was a previous post on this page where a woman had her goals set like “can fit in my car seat properly and not touch the steering wheel” and things like this. I’d never seen it from that POV before and absolutely loved it! Such a great way to look at it.
Find the things you struggle with in life (in regards to your body) and set goals based off of that :)
