Elective c section

Hiya, I had my c-section at Winchester but they are the same trust so I assume it'd be similar

I was told on the 14th of Jan that my section was booked for the 18th of Feb. So about 4 weeks before x

I got told that I’d get a call to get booked in the week of my due date

I got told two weeks before

I was told 8 days before! X

I went into labour exactly two weeks before, so ended up having an emergency c section. Hadn’t heard by that point about the elective date, and I had an appointment due five days later to talk to the anaesthetist, so I think I’d have heard after that
