Possible miscarriage

It does sound like a miscarriage but there are other reasons for bleeding in pregnancy that might be fine so fingers crossed it’s not a miscarriage 💔

This is tough. Miscarriage symptoms often overlap with symptoms from totally benign things like subchorionic hematomas or cervical bleeding. I would be prepared for either option to be the case, and I also would not catastrophize right now, since the ultrasound will say a lot more.

My recommendation is to bring someone who is supportive to your ultrasound if possible. Best of luck in the ultrasound ♥️

Hi this is how I started last week. I’m still not had it 100% confirmed I’ve miscarried but I have another blood test and scan tomorrow morning I’ve been in and out of hospitals all week having scans and repeat bloods to check if i have lost it so I’m hoping tomorrow will confirm it so I don’t have to keep going back.

I’m so sorry that your going through it, it’s awful 😢 please take some time to rest as this is something I didn’t do last week and ended up being sent home from work Monday as I was too upset as I hadn’t stopped and had time to process what had been happening. Take it each day but please try and rest if you can if your concerned go to urgent care orA&E and get them to refer you to your local Early pregnancy unit and they will scan you today if they can get you in rather than waiting for tomorrow. Waiting around is horrible, so if you can be seen earlier then please go ❤️

I’m so sorry this is happening and how worrying this must be for you. EPU will tell you that nobody can never say until the tests are carried out. the nurse I saw last time said they see ladies with very little worrying signs and things take a turn, and they see ladies with extreme symptoms and it’s not MC. Do keep us updated, it’s understandably worrying and we are all here for you. 🫶🏼

Hey I had something similar before Christmas. And it was actually a haematoma causing it. And the baby was still there with a heartbeat. But it was like a proper period . Hopefully everything goes ok x

I’m now wondering if we should start trying again soon, or if this miscarriage means my body is just not ready now. I’m really sorry if any of you has had to go through this as well.
