I have inattentive ADHD and awaiting titration, ive heard it changes people's lives, but I'd like to know how, and how long it took to work?

It depends on the medication. Stimulants work immediately (as in you don’t go through a “build-up period) and you can titrate easier since they fully metabolize each day. Non-stimulants usually take 4-6 weeks to notice full effectiveness on initial start. Titrations don’t take that long but are not as quickly noticeable as they are with stimulants. Good luck!

I take a stimulant medication and it makes a massive difference in how I function. It works instantly because stimulants aren't build over time meds. Now, you do usually start at a low dose and work up so you don't get all drugged out feeling.

For me I can focus, I can get so much more done and happily, my mood is better, I'm less impulsive, and my brain can actually filter through thoughts.

I also have inattentive adhd and it’s insane how I wish I knew this sooner, I tried one or two before settling on Bupropion. It definitely helps! I am not sure it’s the best of the best if you find something amazing please let me know!
