40 weeks 4 days

Anyone else due March 1st and still pregnant? Are you planning to get induced? I'm really not open to induction and my doctor just scheduled me for one at 42 weeks on Monday :(

You don’t have to have one if you don’t want one. You can tell them not to schedule it or turn it down closer to the time

Heyy i was in the same situation as you! I didn’t want to get induced however I listened to the doctors and I did not regret it at the end, my baby was stressed out barely any liquid left for him, placenta not working anymore and he pooped inside me too so they were worried about him getting an infection etc I think if you’re in your 41-42 week is good to get induced or at least make sure you monitor your baby everyday to make sure him or she is fine xxxx all the best love ❤️

don’t worry i was 41+5 when i gave birth i went into spontaneous labour and i was due to be induced the day after , i was still in labour when i was suppose to be induced , i didn’t need the pessery but they did break my waters , i gave my body a chance for contractions to increase on there own but they wernt so they then hooked me up to to the drip and my boy was born very soon after . it IS painful but it doesnt always end how people say it does , i managed to birth him vaginally .. you dont need to go for an induction if you dont want to you can say no just how i did when they immediately wanted to hook me up to the drip . you will mostly go into labour before 42 weeks though!!

I was due March 1st too but baby is still comfy. Feel like I’ve tried everything to get things moving… induction is booked for tomorrow night if nothing starts before. Very nervous as was hoping to finish this naturally.
Good luck for when your time comes!
