I am so nervous for stretch and sweep tomorrow

I know this seems a bit silly but I am so scared to have a stretch and sweep tomorrow. In case it hurts me or baby. Like if she pops my waters by accident. I'm so scared it feels so wrong waaahhhh. I will be 41 weeks plus 3 days tomorrow

I had one yesterday! It’s pretty uncomfortable but they know what they’re doing. I had the bloody show but so far it’s done nothing to get labour going for me :( just remember to breathe and try to relax as much as you can
