IVF with PCOS

Hi I have pcos and had ivf. I had a short cycle of ivf no issues at all monitored well through the meds. Only had 6 eggs collected and it worked first time. Is there anything inarticulate you want to know? X

Hey, sorry mine is not the most positive but will hopefully put your mind at ease a little. I started stims last week and had my first scan on Friday. Unfortunately my ovaries have hyper stimulated so I am having to cancel this cycle. I noticed after just one injection that I was already getting bloated, by the third I could no longer fit into trousers and was having stabbing pains (same pain as a cyst but more frequent and on both sides). Dr isn’t concerned and it’s looking like I can just try again next cycle but with a reduced dosage. Just be sure to look out for symptoms and as they do a scan early on, they can stop before anything gets severe and it shouldn’t cause much delay.

No problem hun. Tbh I drank loads of water, no caffeine, just went for walks quite often. Ate healthy. I dont know if all of that helped x
