Weight gain

I'm 10w4d pregnant with baby#2 and I gained about 20lbs really fast and haven't weighed myself again since 6w because I HATED seeing the scale. I was tracking my calories for maintenance to keep myself accountable for making healthier choices but obviously gained exponentially... How do you not let the weight gain get to you and impact your mental health? I'm already too large for my bras and only have a few sports bras left that fit me too; where has everyone found bras that fit larger bodies?

M and s are good in the UK for fabric maternity bras. I found a lot of weight I gained during pregnancy was most likely water weight as I lost it quite soon after giving birth. Try to be kind to yourself. Pregnancy is hard on your body. If you're tracking and trying your best, that's all you can do
