I’m not 30 just yet but I feel like my hormones have had its grip on me since about 14 years old 😭😭😭 the PMD really used to get to me then the intense hormonal changes post partum were really hard for me to deal with I’ve never really got help for it either kind of just pushed through. I’m hoping with my second pregnancy I can get the courage to ask for some help with this from the doctors and hopefully avoid ppd

I feel so separate from my hormones that I refer to her as "she/her". I almost feel pre- menopausal, after speaking to friends that actually are! I'm a mama of 2, and suffered vaginal atrophy after my first for 4 years! Oh my poor vagina! Unsurprisingly, I was put on a thrush treatment for 6 months 💀. But that was a while ago... now my hormones are back with vengeance oooorrrrrr... Am I just ageing with less a tolerance to life?

For reals

Who has gone through this with whatever horrible symptoms you have had and what did you do to feel better!?

Vaginal estrogen has been a game changer for me.

Hormone drop - 6 days pp

Hey, this is my second baby and my hormone drop this time around has been so much more severe.
I am thinking rationally and understand why it’s happening and to keep an eye on it but I feel like I spent most of yesterday in tears worrying about when my husband goes back to work and I’m on my own with a newborn and 2 year old!
Can anyone relate? Xxx

PP sweats

Did anyone else experience extreme hot flashes after they had their baby? I’m 1 year PP and recently the hot flashes have been getting so much worse. Has anyone else dealt with this?

Please comment when it went away or what helped you deal with it 😩 I’m so miserable I’m always dripping sweat!
