Cardiiiii-OH!

About 3 months ago I said “I don’t do cardio. Fuck cardio”

And now I make sure I at the very least take a 15 minute walk each day 🤣

I think I’d go crazy without it. Plus it’s snatching my waist 💁🏽‍♀️

I got a treadmill and a weighted vest I try to walk atleast 60 minutes a day 30 m in the morning 30 at night walking helps so much w weight loss

I go out for an hour/hour and a half maybe two hours from time to time on a walk with the pram on the same route everyday because it drives me nuts if I don’t have a walk 😂
