Teeth grinding help please any advice

So my 22 month old has almost all her teeth in and she is grinding her teeth during the day. We brush her teeth as best as we can but feel we cannot get to brush them properly she is hating me going in with a tooth brush I also need to floss her as her teeth are together and she does not allow me to do this .. im worried she is having tooth pain due to me not able to get in properly or if its due to her teething .. she goes to the dentist every 3 months and the last time she was there she was not grinding her teeth the dentist did say she was having her molders come in I hope I spell that right ... she doesn't have any swollen cheek and to the best of my abilities I dont see any bump on her gums .. its a battle to get in her mouth .. any tips , advice ladies im so aware of the issues that can happen not being able to brush her teeth properly 😭

I haven't noticed mine grinding his teeth, but he gets more chewy sometimes when I think he's teething. But regardless of teething or not, he doesn't like to open his teeth when brushing -- he's happy to suck the toothpaste off the brush and then will clamp down on the brush.... Even being silly / giving tickles only gets his teeth apart to be brushed occasionally 😩
