Scared at night

Has anybody else’s 4 year old recently started getting scared at night, having bad dreams, waking up in the night?

Yes! My daughter has been glued to us and will not sleep in her room by herself. I blamed it on her baby brother, but I think her imagination is extra vivid right now.

My child a few months ago but I started talking about thinking of happy dreams before bed and creating her own dream. Also, I realize I had to cut sugar if any by a certain time in the day.
