My daughter rash is similar, im pretty sure its eczema. Im basing it of how mine was when i was her age, and also when the rash flares up, and how it reacts to certain clothing for her.
Aloe Vera helped my excema, that and doctor ordered cream. Tends to flare up in cold winters or hot sweaty summers x if the drs arent worried and if your baby is acting as normal then he should be fine z
