My baby daddy disrespect
He haven’t sign birth certificate, but want our daughter at his house almost two hours away. I’m not welcome inside the house. Even though he always been inside my house and all. I ended up blocking him after he kept talking over and cutting me off. Our child is two. He always say I should trust without showing where she going be sleep. He has started to give little to no money. He keeps saying I’m jealous and he going handle it. I’m unsure what to do. She love him because he love bomb her with toys and love the time he come. He fuss after while and get irritated with her by night time.

I’d get a lawyer just in case but if he’s not on the birth certificate he don’t have rights so you don’t have to let him see her and if he’s don’t consistently show up for her or pay child support he don’t have grounds to stand on ive been there and done that so I know a lot of things when it comes to this if you want you can always reach out
If you put him on child support I'm pretty certain the court will give him time with her. So be sure about what you want to do.
You can ask that the time that he would get with her is supervised visits voice concerns all states are different so you might want to look up more information on these things number one thing I would do is get a lawyer tell your lawyer everything you want and your lawyer will be able to tell you what’s possible
