How would you serve it to a 6 month old please? Is it boiled water, formula or mix with cows milk?? I don’t trust google and can’t for the life of me remember what I did for my daughter lol

I done formula warmed up xx

We just did cow’s x

I’d definitely not use water… you want to fill them up on nutrient dense ingredients. I’d use formula, breast milk or cow’s x

Personally cows milk, as it is an ingredient and not a drink. However dairy and wheat are high allergens so if little one hasn't had either before then serving both together isn't advised so you could use formula in the first instance to check the wheat allergy and then cows milk once that's cleared

Cows milk

I was told you can use cows milk in food. But not as a main feed.

It depends if you have tested dairy as an allergy (although I guess formula does have whey from cows milk)
Milk is fine to mix if they have been exposed to dairy (such as yogurt, cheese), but if you want to perhaps test for a wheat allergy first then you could mix with the milk they usually have.
It’s all about exposure at that age to :) different flavours and textures. Have fun! 😊

Cows milk is easiest.
Fab. I’ll do cows milk. He’s been exposed to dairy already through yoghurt. Thanks ladies.
