Head dropping forward in Britax Max Pro Safe

Any advice for this please or has anyone experienced? We have it tilted as much as it can be tilted and straps are tight. When 18 month old is asleep her head is touching her chest and moving side to side, she keeps waking and touching her neck as obviously hurting. We have a Tesla new model Y so not exactly a small car.
