Ovary pain during period
Does anyone know what this can be?
Every time I get my period I get a severe cramp in my left side ovary area but I noticed this mainly happens when I have to go to the bathroom (number two) I guess as it’s passing through and feels like my ovary is in a knot. Last night it was so painful when I stood up to walk to the bathroom I almost passed out.

Hi! This is obviously not medical advice as I’m not a professional lol - but I used to work at a fertility clinic and that was a common symptom of cysts in PCOS patients. Especially since it’s only in ovary. Maybe ask your OBGYN to take an ultrasound and look?
