Hi
I have 15 week old little girl and I was just wanting advice of what other people
Do about naps in the day, she is a contact Napper, is anyone else’s baby like this or do they let you put them down, or do people do naps in the next to me with a camera etc?
Just wanting to know other people in my situations routine of how many naps do they have a day, last nap time and night time routine? We was getting somewhere with sleep, up to 5 hour stretches but over last week we have gone back to 3 hourly feeds on the dot, any advice will help!
Thanks

My little one only contact naps and i let her nap whenever she shows signs of being tired. However I do keep her nap before her last bottle a short one (30-45 mins) depending on the time x

I understand I’m struggling with the same thing unfortunately I have no advice . I have two kids and I’m a hot mess

I try and mix up the naps so we’re flexible but also because I needed my arms! Eg, one in the carrier, one in the pram, one in the crib and one or two as a contact nap! However this is only recent as before we only ever really had contact naps and the odd time being able to put her next to us on the sofa!
I defo cap her naps, no more than 2 hours per nap, and try and have a slight bedtime routine which we follow daily!

We contact nap mostly. He used to go in the next to me but isn't at the moment. Sometimes he will sleep in my bed for a bit but not very long.
I dont cap naps at this age. If theyre tired they need to sleep!

If it reassures you, we’re back to 3 hourly feeds after some nice 6 hour stretches. I presume it’ll be a growth spurt or leap of some kind…always the way with these little people 😅😂
Me eldest contact napped until she was about 5/6 months and then she started to go down happily in her cot with no training. I don’t have that luxury with our second, she has to nap wherever we are- pram, carrier, car, me… you’re not alone 👍🏻
