What's everyone feeding their 8/9 month olds? I need some new ideas 🤔

Recently smashed broccoli and cheese and it was a hit!!! Other than that I rotate, chicken, squash, pasta, rice, sweet potato and zucchini

Whipped bone marrow, scrambled egg yolks, slices of steak, chicken drumsticks, raw (just low pasteurization) cheese from sprouts, and he drinks a full water bottle of homemade chicken/beef stock every day! We supplement with cod liver oil daily. Trying to add in more fermented veg like sauerkraut and beet kvass.

I kind of just give her everything (without salt sugar or honey obviously). I have a toddler too so I just kind of simplify what I’m already giving him.
Plain pasta noodles, plain pancakes, pieces of chicken, rice, preloaded spoons of plain yogurt or whipped bone marrow, berries, if I’m making sandwiches for lunch, I’ll just give her bread lol
This age it’s really just about them trying foods. They’re not getting much nutritional value or calories from the stuff they’re eating so most of the time I’m just giving her stuff to entertain her while I cook 😂

recently been doing banana pancakes, egg bites, pasta, chicken, broccoli he loves fruit mainly bananas & apples.
