Feeling the same. Father's just don't get it. They get to clock out ang clock in whenever they want. Yet for mother's it's 24/7 without a break

It doesn’t have to be. Do you have a car to get out? Is there a bus stop close by that can take you to a mall/train station? I fill my days w different baby bounce lessons at the library and mothers groups and play dates so my sahm days are not the same, even if I’m walking around alone I’m around hundreds of bodies which makes me feel less alone (rare that I walk alone w no other adult though) We have full freedom as sahm to take the babies anywhere we want anytime.
