Aww, momma. It's so hard being a parent, let alone a parent of neurodivergent children. I have a profoundly autistic 6-year-old boy. I'm actually severely adhd myself. Just know you're not alone. Some days, with all the therapy, Dr's appointments, insurance claims, documentation, meltdowns, etc, I get so overwhelmed I can barely keep my head above water too. All we can do is our best.
The fact that you have addressed these issues and you are affected so deeply says a lot. It says that you care, you advocate and you are proactive.
What state are you in if you don't mind my asking? I'm wondering if they might have a respite program or special housing if things are getting too unsafe at home. I have a friend who went through that. I can tell you a bit about her experience if you'd like as well.
You got this 💪 We can do hard things ❤️
