I have two children whose father has recently denied that they are his, despite having signed both of their birth certificates. He is not providing any support for them. The Child Maintenance Service (CMS) has attempted to arrange a DNA test, but he has refused and is no longer responding to their calls.
I am now considering taking this matter to mediation. I would like to understand whether mediation can require him to take a DNA test, and what mediation can realistically help achieve in this situation. I’m also hoping to take him to court !
