Hey everyone so i am almost 20 weeks pregnant and have been pretty active the last 2-3 years since having my daughter . I have done low carb /keto cycling when i am not pregnant. I was wondering if anyone has done 100-150 grams a carbs a day in their pregnancy prioritizing mostly protein / fiber . I do not have any health issues nor having any pregnancy issues . TYIA! (:

I saw a study once that keto increased cases of spina bifida. I am just embracing my chubby phase atm.
