Do you take any supplements/shakes/juices? X🥰

I used to take:
-Clear whey isolate (more like a juice than shake)
-Creatine
-Pre-workout
-Electrolytes
-Omega 3 tablets
-Zinc and magnesium

I will be taking all of these again once I am post partum. There are some good affordable brands. With my job I have to use "safe" brands but you can probably get it alot cheaper elsewhere x

The Fage full fat yogurt has 10g of protein per 100grams which is much better than standard yoghurts and not a protein yoghurt with 20grams that usually taste weird. Has made a huge difference a s suggested by my PT. My PT also suggested having boiled eggs as a simple protein snack in the day.

I like turkey or beef sticks, sometimes drink protein shakes, I get frozen meals that are protein-heavy

When I can't be bothered (which is most of the time) I put a My Protein frozen meal in the oven or microwave. A lot of them are really tasty, fairly decent calories and depending on which ones you get there's usually a lot of protein too!
At the gym I go to they sell the Uptimum Nutrition 50g protein shakes which I find more tolerable than some others at the shops x
